Designed and manufactured in Italy to the highest standards the Kenso Bedroom furniture set uses the newest slat structure support system on the market. What this mean is that mattress sits directly on a series of slats, providing excellent support, while at the same time allowing air to circulate within the mattress and sleeping environment, creating healthier night’s rest. This system works perfect with any type of spring coil mattress, memory foam, natural latex mattress, or futon, but does not require a box spring. All furniture is available in warm teak wood or espresso brown finish.

The entire Kenso Bedroom Set is made from “Eco-Wood” and has received the highest certification from the European Union, for being made in an environmentally sustainable manner without the use of toxic glues or dangerous chemicals, paints or stains. “Eco-Wood” is wood that is “FSC” certified and in addition, has also obtained an “E-1” off-gassing rating.
“FSC” wood is “Forestry Certified Council” wood that is certified and verified by an independent 3rd party to come from forests that have been farmed or sustainably harvested
“E-1” rating is special European Union rating system that states that the furniture is assembled without the use of toxic glues, paints, or finishes. In addition, there is no off gassing of toxic fumes into the sleeping environment from the finished furniture product. There is no similar furniture rating system for furniture products made in the states of in the Pacific Rim.
