Each piece of the Contempo Bedroom Collection is sanded and stained, as well as kiln dried so the finish is smooth, luxurious and resistant to humid or dry climates. What that means to you is that the bed is less likely to warp or crack over time. The bed features precision miter joint construction and English dovetail joinery. A solid wood slat system is perfect for any style of mattress, futon or memory foam mattress. No box spring is needed. The metal to metal bed rail fittings allow for easy assembly.   • For an Contempo Bed that ships alone, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $149.00 in the U.S.
  • When you order any combination of Contempo Bedroom pieces, you pay only a $199 flat rate for residential delivery anywhere in continental United States.

First Class Freight Delivery. All furniture is shipped on Class #1 Carriers, Fully Insured, and is delivered right to your front door, or building front door, with a courtesy notification phone call to set up the best time for delivery.
