Returns, Damaged and Cancelled Orders Policy
Any order can be canceled up until the time of shipment for a full refund.
"Rest Easy" Returns
Once an order has been shipped, any order can be cancelled or returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less the original shipping fee. Return shipping and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customer assumes responsibility for the return of the product in new condition. If a product is not returned in new and good condition, a refund cannot be issued.
A restocking fee may be charged for all returned products. Returned products must include all parts. Mattresses, gifts and accessories shipped truck freight or UPS will incur a 20% restocking fee. All furniture may incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after return of goods.
Custom Made, and Large Volume Factory Direct Orders
Some Custom Made and Large Volume Factory Direct Orders cannot be canceled for credit once the order is placed and are not be eligible for a return. Please contact Support@HaikuDesigns.com for more information.
All products are shipped fully-insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event a product is damaged in shipment, Accept Delivery, note on the delivery receipt the number of boxes damaged and contact Haiku Designs for replacement. Haiku Designs will file and coordinate all damage claims with the shipping company. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Shipments not noted as damaged on the delivery receipt are not eligible for damage insurance replacement. Damaged goods cannot be returned for credit.
Refused Shipments Incur Original and Return Freight Charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Damaged Shipments will be replaced all or in part, as needed, by Haiku Designs at no cost to the customer
All shipping times are approximate. Acceptance of a freight or small package delivery is considered as an agreement to abide by the above stated return policy. On rare occasions, rural route, or out of area deliveries may be elegible for curb side delivery only.

Haiku Designs respects your privacy. We NEVER share, sell or exchange any of your private information, email addresses or purchase records with anyone. Period. It is that simple.
We use the latest SSL secure socket layers and sophisticated, encrypted data management. Our site is monitored daily by several independent security firms to test and confirm that the site is secure. In addition Credit Card information and numbers are only kept until the order is processed, filled and completed. All Credit Card information is then automatically erased, preventing any unauthorized use or data theft.
We use a 4-step Credit Card verification policy for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express to insure your credit information is secure and properly authorized. This is the most secure system available in the industry.

Furniture, Gifts and Accessories
1 Year Warranty
All furniture, gifts, accessories and framed art prints carry a warranty of one year against any manufacture defects in workmanship or material. This warranty is in effect, beginning with the delivery of the product to the customer's address.
20 Year Warranty
All Mattresses carry a 20-year pro-rated warranty. Full warranty for the first 10 years and 10 years pro-rated against defect in workmanship and materials. Any transportation cost if needed, may in the some instances be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The warranty covers 100% of purchase price against defects in workmanship and materials for a full ten (10) years. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects.
Law tag must not be removed from the mattress as this label identifies the product regarding warranty. As with all premium sleep products certain body conformity adaptations will take place over time, and are considered normal use. This does not indicate any type of structural failure. We do not warranty our product as a cure for any specific medical condition.
Haiku Designs reserves the right to refuse warranty service when a product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, when the product has been physically altered or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective worksmanship or materials. All product warranties are valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice.
The terms and service described here and regarding all warranties shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
